Commendation - Leanne Kelsey, Brose Ltd
In recognition of her progress
Leanne Kelsey from Brose Ltd has been awarded a commendation from Intec.
Leanne demonstrates a clear willingness to learn new skills
and has managed to juggle multiple responsibilities including a busy job role
and a young family to complete her programme. Despite
being out of education for nearly 30 years, Leanne surpassed her own
expectations and achieved a Distinction in her Level 3 qualification.
Leanne’s
hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed by her Assessor, Louise Gammage: Leanne always
strives to achieve, all her tasks are completed to a high standard and she is
always looking at ways to improve her performance. Leanne is open to new
challenges and has a constant desire to develop her abilities and knowledge.
Leanne has demonstrated resilience throughout her Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship and has progressed on to a Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5 standard at Brose Ltd.
Leanne is currently working on a
project to cut costs within the business which she wouldn’t have had the
courage to propose without her Apprenticeship. She has great interest in all aspects of the
business and wants to learn and understand the business and how she fits in the
supply chain, expanding her responsibilities and taking on new tasks. She has
also grown in confidence in managing meetings, allowing her
to be assured in her beliefs and contribute ideas when discussing business
strategy with stakeholders.
Leanne’s line manager states; ‘Leanne is very
conscientious about her work and is very professional in all aspects, she has
developed considerably since starting & finishing the level 3
qualification, has asked lots of questions and furthered her knowledge about
the business.’
Congratulations
Leanne!
