Intec’s leadership and management Training incorporates with
the latest ideas, techniques and tools. Aligned to the Apprenticeship Standards,
we will consult with you to build a detailed understanding of your needs and
design a bespoke package that meets your organisations strategic goals.

Management Trainer: Working with individual employees to build on areas for
development delivering practical solutions and performance improvement.
Days: Interactive and energising workshops and webinars delivering the
underpinning knowledge leadership and management skills.

on line learning content
Through Intec’s partnership with CMI each individual learner
will also receive associated membership to CMI providing access to vast online
learning resources which give practical support to managers in their day to day
operations. Managers operating at a higher level can also attain the status of
Chartered Manager and this will deliver further benefits beyond the life of
their training including CPD with access to the latest studies on management
skills enabling them to become more effective managers.
Alongside the Team Leader Apprenticeship, Learners have the option to undertake the CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership and are eligible to become CMI student membership throughout the duration of the course.
With the Operations/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship, Learners have the option to undertake the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership and are eligible to become Chartered Manager Status on successful completion of the Apprenticeship. However, the Learner must have a minimum of 3 years Management experience to be awarded this.
