Special Commendation - Christopher Crowther, Equifax
In recognition of his hard work and commitment Cristopher Crowther from Equifax has been awarded a
special commendation from Intec.
‘Chris has demonstrated an excellent attitude
towards learning and development throughout his qualification whilst facing
many challenges both at work and at home.’
Whilst
being on his Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5 qualification, it’s
acknowledged that Chris always wants to better
himself, reading every article suggested by his assessor, undertaking additional
research and often undertaking online training and webinars. These assets have
proven Chris to be very deserving of being nominated for the Higher Apprentice
of the Year Award.
Although the majority of
Chris’s course has been completed online through remote sessions, Chris has
embraced this – actively taking part in all sessions. He has engaged thoroughly
within the course, suggesting that other courses delivered at Equifax be
delivered by Intec as he feels that the quality of learning and interaction
have been at a greater level than received from other providers.
Chris states; ‘I
am also more aware of my role as a leader and manager. I have gained a greater
understanding of developing and leading a team.’
It’s acknowledged by Chris’ line
manager that Chris’ growth in 2020 was magnificent during the pandemic,
exceeding the company’s expectations. His management style has been finely
tuned to get the best engagement from his team during these challenging times.
Chris has risen to the top of his peers and shown his
global perspective. Despite only being responsible for European operations, his
efforts have shaped the entire company stretching into North America, South
America, Central America and Australia. He strives to take his creative
processes developed for Europe and parlay them to global solutions.
