Apprentice of the Year.

This year has been a very competitive year for the award with the highest number of entries ever. Lisa works for Unipart Rail and since joining the company in 2010 has developed her career from a clerical assistant in 2011 to become Head of Procurement Operations in 2019. Just to make life interesting, during this period Lisa took some time out to have a baby and returned from maternity leave in 2015. Lisa’s meteoric rise within Unipart Rail is largely due to Lisa’s energy and drive despite being a working mum. Lisa has undertaken a number of in company training programmes and is currently completing a Learning and Development Apprenticeship at Level 3.
Lisa’s Tutor Emma Jones has been working with Lisa over the past year and has been particularly impressed with Lisa’s dedication and discipline in fulfilling her role in her day job as well as completing her knowledge assignments and evidence collection ahead of target.
