Commendation - Plamena Ivanova, Vertiv Infrastructure
In recognition of her
hard work Plamena Ivanova from Vertiv Infrastructure has been awarded a
commendation from Intec.
Plamena
has shown dedication and determination to completing her programme and all her
hard work paid off when she achieved a Distinction in her Customer Service Level 2. She has shown real commitment to her programme despite a very
demanding role at work, she completed all tasks on time and to a very high
standard proving to be deserving of her qualification result.
She
credits her improvement in customer service and communication skills with her
colleagues to her Apprenticeship, which has helped to contribute to her career
development. She is learning about being outwardly stronger and managing her
emotions.
During her Apprenticeship, Plamena has grown in
the ability to manage her workload more effectively, leading to an increase in
confidence and a real improvement with her written English - ultimately
resulting in her successfully passing her English Reading and Writing exams,
despite English not being her first language.
Plamena
has given her all with this apprenticeship as she does with most things. She
was going through some very tough personal times whilst completing it but that
never swayed her ongoing commitment to her self-development.
