Europa were keen to introduce NVQs and Apprenticeships with Intec Business Colleges at their Northampton depot following their support during previous training and development initiatives. Uptake for the qualifications, which include NVQs in Customer Service, Warehouse & Storage, Business Administration, Team Leading and Logistics Management has been significant.

Jonathan continues “We are proud that a good number of staff at the site in Northampton have successfully completed their NVQs and they are delighted to receive their qualifications and are very proud of their achievement. As an organisation we have seen improvements in communication & confidence within the staff, and a culture is being developed on site as our staff members know we are willing to listen to their ideas.”

“We are pleased with success of the NVQs and staff have expressed a keen desire to continue with the programme, which we intend to keep offering to our staff to ensure we give them the opportunity to enhance their academic qualifications”
