Online Learning at Work Week 2020

Posted: Monday, 11 May 2020 @ 13:18

This year Learning at Work Week has been postponed until 5th-11th October due to the COVID-19 pandemic, However there's no reason we can't celebrate achievements and promote all the amazing advantages of learning at work from home.

Campaign for Learning who run Learning at Work week have brought the event online. Providing online learning activities and a range of webinars for parents, businesses and individuals about up-skilling within the workplace.

The training sector has seen a huge shift in online learning as employees are furloughed and seek to up-skill themselves. Furloughed employees can still engage in apprenticeships and employer staff training, which is proven to increase job satisfaction and reduce employee turnover.

Although we offer a blended learning solution, with all our services delivered remotely, we believe that people learn best from people. Each learner has their own Tutor/Assessor with real-life industry experience in their subject area.

This personal service doesn't just apply to our learners, every business we work with is allocated a dedicated Account Manager who can help align apprenticeships to internal training programmes and integrate apprenticeships into recruitment strategies. They provide advice and guidance on funding and updates about learners progress.

Visit the Campaign for Learning website for more information on this fantastic event.
