Kickstart Scheme

The Kickstart scheme aims to support businesses by creating thousands of new roles for people aged 16 to 24. Read our need to know guide for Employers to find out more.

The Scheme, which will take on it's last cohort in December 2020, funds Kickstarts' wages (at the minimum wage rate for the first 6 months.

Unlike other gateways, we are offering ongoing support to both Kickstarts and their employer.  

We provide Kickstarts' the opportunity to join an accredited training programme in one of the following areas:

  • Customer Services
  • Business Admin
  • ICT
  • Team Leading
  • Digital Skills
  • Lean Operations
  • Retail 
  • Event Planning

Delivered by experienced Tutors who know what it takes to get Learners work ready, Intec have over 35 years experience in the training, skills and employment sectors.
