Intec’s Employment Services Nottingham office is well established in the local area with Job Centres making regular referrals. Over the past 2 years, the Nottingham team have been engaging and working with a new local partner in the area called Double Impact.

Double Impact were founded in 1998 and offer a unique service that deals with all the issues facing recovering people, helping to break the devastating cycle of addiction to drugs and alcohol.

Intec’s Nottingham Team have been working closely with Double Impact with a shared goal “to offer the right support at the right time to people to enable them to recover to become ‘better than well’, able to take up their place in society and be excellent citizens, parents, family members and employees.”

As a result of the excellent work that the team have been doing over the past 2 years, Chris Evans from Double Impact nominated Intec in the category of “Partnership” in the Spirit of Recovery Awards. Intec were one of 100 nominees across 13 categories and our contribution as a local partner has been recognised and celebrated.

Chris Evans at Double Impact says:

“Very well deserved. Intec are brilliant at what you do but more importantly the way they do it. They totally understand our client base so we can refer to them with complete confidence that they will support them and in many cases you go the extra mile to get them through, which I know at times must be challenging.”
