Sales Executive - Full time

Overview: Intec Business Colleges has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive.  This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a career in sales. Intec are a successful training provider looking to enhance our sales capability in the North/Northwest region. The successful applicant will work on a business-to-business basis and be required to grow an already established customer base. As one of the UK's leading work-based training organisations delivering Apprenticeship Programmes throughout the country, we are a thriving and forward-thinking business to work in.

Role Details: Based in the North/Northwest working from home primarily covering Sheffield, Leeds, York, Newcastle, Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, Preston, Wigan and surrounding areas. We are looking for an individual with the right behaviours, work ethic and attitude, vast amount of sales experience are not essential. 

Competencies:  Experience in telesales would be an advantage.  Some key attributes required to perform this role include:

  • The desire to succeed in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • A strong work ethic
  • Self-motivation
  • Commercial awareness will be an advantage.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to develop marketing and sales plans to achieve growth in the customer base

Hours: 37 hours - Full time

Salary/Additional Information:  Competitive Salary + 21 days holiday (plus Christmas shutdown) + pension, Company laptop and mobile phone provided.  Mileage allowance paid, full driving licence and use of own car essential.

Tutor/Assessor - Full time

Overview: Intec Business Colleges has an exciting opportunity for a Tutor in the Logistics arena to join the team. As one of the UK's leading work-based training organisations delivering Apprenticeship Programmes throughout the country, we are a thriving and forward-thinking business to work in. We serve a customer base of local, national and international companies with programmes leading to the achievement of Apprenticeships.

Role Details: Based on the outskirts of the M25 North, St Albans area, working from home, the successful applicant will deliver a blend of face to face, remote and workshop delivery  which will involve traveling to various sites and geographical locations delivering Apprenticeship Standards.

Competencies: The main competency required for this role is Supply Chain Level 3, and Team Leading Level 3. Some of the required skills and abilities to perform this role include the ability to:

  • Communicate at all levels within a business.
  • Motivate individuals through achievement of their Standard and the understanding of how to set SMART targets.
  • Demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy to support learners.
  • Motivate yourself and manage your own diary.
  • Work to and meet set targets in delivery

Hours: 37 Hours – Full Time, would consider part-time 3 or 4 days a week.
