Logistics Tutor/Assessor

M25 North : St Albans area

Role Details

Hours 37 Hours – Full Time

This is a hybrid Supply Chain Tutor/Assessor role located in/on the northern Outskirts of the M25 area, with flexibility for some remote work. There would be a requirement to travel and work within London. Primary Standards delivered include Supply Chain Level 3 and Team Leading at Level 3 and you would be responsible for supporting apprentices to gain the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in the field. Key responsibilities include monitoring apprentices' progress, delivering training sessions, and providing on-site support to apprentices and their employers as required.

Qualifications 

  • Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, or equivalent) and teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) is desired.
  • Experience in delivering apprenticeships in the logistics sector is desired.
  • Experienced in the coaching and developing of others.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple apprenticeship programmes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with apprentices, employers, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary/Additional Information

Competitive Salary + 21 days holiday (plus Christmas shutdown) + pension, company laptop and mobile phone provided. Mileage allowance paid, full driving licence and use of own car essential.
