The Intec Trade Supplier prorgamme is a work based apprenticeship which explores the principals and practices of the trade business service. Designed by employers, the Standard, will provide your people with a thorough understanding of this subject. Achievement of this qualification can help your employees attain personal goals and progress their skills and knowledge in many areas including.
- Communicating with customers in a trade business workplace
- Reducing the risks to health and safety in a trade business workplace
- Delivering reliable or contributing to the provision of customer service in the trade business workplace
This qualification can be studied at Level 2 and is suitable for those new to or those with experience in the industry. It can be studied as either a standalone vocational qualification or as part of an Apprenticeship.
