Process Improvement
Processes form an essential part of everyday business, managing them properly is key to keeping your business efficient. Our Improvement Practice are designed for anyone who oversees a process or system and develop staff working in a range of job roles across a variety of sectors. Both programmes cover a range of improvement theories, applying them to workplace scenarios to drive efficiency.
These programmes embed Lean, Six Sigma, project and change
management principles. Developing the Learner’s knowledge so that they can learn
new skills and behaviours to implement continuous improvement practices.
Our Level 3 Improvement Technician programme introduces the
Learner to the fundamentals of Six Sigma and develops enhanced problem-solving
skills, teaching the Learner to apply statistical methods for process
improvement. Once completed, the Learner will have obtained a nationally recognised Apprenticeship Standard and may wish to progress onto the Improvement Practitioner Level 4 Standard.
Our Level 4 Improvement Practitioner programme is suitable
for those trained in Six Sigma, responsibilities may include managing small
scale projects or a team. The Learner will be trained to identify, monitor and
control profit-eating practices to effectively improve customer satisfaction
and consistently increase profitability.
