Employers are one of the winners in the 2015 Budget. On
Wednesday 18th, the Chancellor announced important changes to
National Insurance Contributions (NIC). From April 2015, businesses will no
longer have to pay NICs for employees under the ages of 21. NICs will also be abolished
for Apprentices under that age of 25 from April 2016.
To help employers with their recruitment requirements, Intec
offers a free Apprenticeship recruitment service for people under 25 years old.
