From having good product knowledge and service skills through to the ability to establish and maintain relationships how you as a sales professional represent your business is critical in increasing your customer base and attaining your personal goals. Ensuring that you are qualified in sales means you have the skills needed to take full advantage of the opportunities that come your way.

The Intec Qualification in sales is a work based accredited qualification which explores the principals and practices of selling. This qualification will provide you with a thorough understanding of the subject. There will be benefits as you improve your skills and knowledge in many areas including:

  • Selling products either face to face or over the telephone
  • Building and maintaining sales relationships
  • Time planning in sales
  • Complying with legal, regulatory and ethical requirements in a sales or marketing role
  • Managing a sales team
  • Analysis of sales performance.

This qualification can be studied at Level 2 or Level 3 and is appropriate for those new to or with experience in the industry. It can be studied as either a standalone Vocational Qualification or as part of an Apprenticeship
