FE Choices Satisfaction Survey 2018/2019

The online FE Choices employer satisfaction survey captures employers' experiences of their training.

We would be grateful if you could complete the online FE Choices Employer Satisfaction survey It will only take a few minutes and will enable us to find out more about what we do well and discover improvements we can make to our service.  

About the Survey

Each year the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) issues a survey to employers who have drawn down government funding to help train their staff.  The answers you give along with those from other employers will be used by the SFA contractors IPOS MORI and RCU Ltd to calculate an employer satisfaction score for each training provider.  

These scores will be published on the Apprenticeship Service Portal to help you and other employers make informed decisions about your future choices of training providers.
